Description
This wine is a blend of Merlot, Syrah and Melbac. This port style wine wqasa aged of seven and eight years in French oak barrels. Naturally occurring 16.2% Alc. We did not fortify this wine. The wine shows strong flavours of chocolate and nut then finishes with crisp dark cherry notes. First Novel will be great with Chocolate fondues or sharp salty cheeses. First Novel would be excellent on a snowy stormy night by the fireplace.
