Description
This wine is a blend of Merlot, Syrah and Melbec. This port style wine wqasa aged for seven and eight years in French oak barrels. Naturally occurring 16.2% Alc. We did not fortify wine. The wine shows strong flavours of chocolate and nut then finished with crsp sark cherry Notes. First Novel will be great with chocolate fondues or sharp salty cheeses. First novel would be excellent on a snowy stormy night by the fireplace.
